Laine Stambaugh: Director, Library Human Resources
Library Human Resources includes recruitment of permanent library employees; performance management and evaluation processes; employee relations; coordination of diversity, Affirmative Action, and staff development and training activities for the UO Libraries; and classification and compensation.
The Director, Library Human Resources, serves ex officio on the Library Diversity Committee and on all faculty search committees, and is leader of the GOLD Team (organizational learning and development).
