Knight Library Group Study Rooms Policy
Rm. 222 (tables in hollow square; 15 chairs; lectern, chalkboard)

Rm. 401 (3 rows of tables; 18 chairs; lectern, chalkbaord)
- UO students and faculty may reserve these rooms for two-hour sessions for groups larger than 8. Due to high demand, only one booking per day, per person. To reserve one of these rooms, use the online form.
- Requests need to be submitted 24-hours in advance of the desired meeting time. For weekend reservations, your request must be submitted by 3:00 p.m. on Friday of that week.
- A sign will be posted each morning outside the room listing the day's reservations.
- When the rooms are not reserved, they are available on a first-come, first-served basis. Individual users may be asked to leave if needed by groups.
- These rooms are not lockable.
- Use of rooms: study and research. Prohibited use: UO credit classes, commercial use (for example, fee-based tutoring or meetings).
- The Libraries are not responsible for personal items left in the rooms. Found items will be taken to Library Administration, Rm. 115.
- If you no longer need any library items that are checked out, please return them to the Checkout/Information Desk. Library materials left in study rooms are not checked in before reshelving.
- Please leave the room in good order.
