If you’ve used the library’s online Interlibrary Loan system in the past, beginning November 18, you’ll notice a few changes in the interface, request forms, and process used when requesting items from libraries that are not part of the Summit system. Called ILLiad, the new system features a display that tracks the progress of recently requested items, along with a list of items previously borrowed through the ILLiad patron account. Increased efficiencies in the new system are also expected to produce faster turnaround times for receiving items.

Finals Fatigue is a condition that affects nearly 9 out of 10 UO students. Symptoms include textbook-exhaustion, group-project-itis, and dry mouth. Luckily, the UO Libraries has developed a cure: free food and drinks. Stop by the Browsing Room in Knight Library from 10 P.M.. to 11 P.M. on Sunday, December 6, for the third-ever Library Study Break Party and enjoy refreshments courtesy of the UO Libraries.
